Delivery Information
We deliver across all Emirates including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days depending on location.
Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery available for Abu Dhabi (subject to order time and availability).
In-Store Pickup: Orders can be collected directly from our store at WTC Mall, Abu Dhabi.
Delivery charges vary based on the destination and order size. Exact delivery costs will be confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Customized Items: Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original condition.
