Return & Refund Guidelines

At Speed Gifts, we ensure the highest quality for our custom-made items. Because most of our items are personalized specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Customized Items: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made, engraved, or personalized items unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., misspelled name compared to what was provided in the order).

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the defect via WhatsApp. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method or via bank transfer if paid via Cash on Delivery.

Non-Customized Items: Any non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a non-customized item for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Exchanges are not permitted for personalized products.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
